All flights are operated in accordance with FAA regulations and insured by our carriers.

No flights in rain, when the cloud base (cover) is too low, or when the wind is above safe levels. The pilot on site has the final authority to decide if the conditions are safe for the flights.

Services (Other than Training Lessons)

​

A deposit is due at time of booking and full payment is due 30 days following invoice date. Late fees may be assessed. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

When we are on-site, any services that you request in addition to those already booked are subject to the availability of the pilot. Additional deposits or payments for such services may be charged at that time.

 

No refund if you cancel less than 48 hours before the service.

If you are scheduled to meet with us at the flight location and arrive late, we reserve the right to charge a waiting fee.

If we are unable to access the flight site due to no fault of our own, we reserve the right to charge travel time, mileage, and any waiting time.

 

We reserve the right to cancel the service at any time. If we cancel, you may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule. Note that most cancellations are due to weather or the instructor being called for Public Safety related flights.

Training Lessons

​

Minimum age to fly is 12. Under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

​

During your lesson, you may request additional time in 30-minute increments for an additional fee. Additional time is subject to the instructor’s availability and payment is due at that time.

You may not fly within 8 hours of consuming an alcoholic beverage, while under the influence of alcohol, or while using any medication that affects your faculties in any way contrary to safety. Our instructor shall have the final decision on your ability to conduct a safe flight.

No refund if you cancel less than 48 hours before the lesson, or if you do not arrive.

No refund for late arrival. We shall continue with the lesson for the remainder of your booked time.
